For more than 200 years, actors have used a repeatable process to deliver exceptional performance under pressure.
Our founders worked for 15 years in professional film and theatre, and recognised something others had overlooked. If that process can prepare actors to perform at their best in any role — why couldn’t it do the same for professionals in theirs?
We understood that, in the actor's world, the fundamental performance problem is brutally immediate: I HAVE TO PERFORM. IN THIS MOMENT. WITH WHAT I'VE GOT.
The actor cannot rewrite the script, change the other actors or audience, or postpone the performance until conditions are perfect. They have to prepare, adapt and take conscious control of their performance under pressure, in real time, to produce the required result.
That is precisely what we migrated into the professional world. That provenance is not colourful heritage. It explains how our system works: start with the person who has to perform, in the situation where their performance affects the result.
So we stripped away the theatre and repurposed the proven performance principles into a practical system for business.
