Kerry Young is the Chief People Officer & the Executive responsible for HR, HSQE & Shared Services at Vitrifi & AllPoints Fibre. Kerry is passionate about shaping the future of work through establishing truly inclusive & scalable People & Culture strategies, frameworks & processes across the complete HR Lifecycle while building these ventures from the ground up.

Having held HR Executive, Change Director & Program Management roles working across multiple public/private industry sectors including airlines, banking, education, insurance, retail, technology & telecommunications throughout the Asia Pacific region and the UK she has a wide range of experiences to share with us.
