Festival of Work 2022 review
It was great to see you all again and be back face-to-face with friends and colleagues at this year’s Festival of Work, 15-16 June. Thousands braved the high summer temperatures to visit Kensington Olympia to see the latest that the industry has to offer.
We’re pleased to report that the hybrid approach taken by the organisers this year went amazingly well. There was a great crowd both in terms of visitors and exhibitors, and it was good to see a few friendly faces and meet some new people that were interested in The Methods unique and practical approach.
It was also brilliant to showcase the latest in immersive learning in the form of our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: The Immersive Experience around our stand and in the Learning and Development Theatre. Speaking with visitors and exhibitors, it was well-received with the goal of helping people feel differently, think differently and act differently to support a more diverse, equal and inclusive culture.
