It was brilliant, I found it energising, engaging and confidence building.
The Method is challenging, but very rewarding. They explain a complex subject simply and allow you to understand how you are both seen and how you can make people see you. This understanding lets you test your boundaries and present the best ‘work’ you. I think it is brilliant. And powerful.
Simple concepts – huge power! It gives you simple techniques to improve your confidence when you most need it, without feeling you are being false or “acting”.
Excellent! The entire course. The theatre techniques gave me lots of insight on how to better prepare and adjust my sales performance to achieve more goals at work.
Fantastic trainers, very inspiring – I learnt a lot. The Method session took me out of my comfort zone but gave me really useful techniques to help improve my performance and service at work.
The theatrical side was (surprisingly) really engaging and memorable. All the simple and (almost) obvious ways actors amplify their performance translates perfectly to me as a business professional projecting an even a better version of myself.
Very different in approach and content. Interactive, a lot of practise. Improved my awareness of how my behaviour must match the expectations of my role in the team – this is the first step of actually improving yourself!
A new way of thinking, very engaging and fun. It was interesting to learn how acting can help you... change your behaviour in the work place and how you can prepare for work situations from such a different perspective.
Unexpectedly great. I usually shy away from these type of courses, however I felt that this was presented in a brilliant manner and was really interesting from start to finish. I felt it was hugely positive and very effective at giving attendees some useful tools to improve behaviour in the workplace. I can see where I can put the skills into practice from tomorrow.
Brilliant! Very engaging and helpful for people like me who are naturally shy or softly spoken to open up and express themselves outside of their comfort zone.
Fantastic. I didn’t know what to expect but I thoroughly enjoyed it. Brilliant way to get more confidence in a day. Lots of great tips and simple techniques to manage remote meetings that can be put into practice straight way.
A fantastic session that made me think about how I should act in professional situations as opposed to just the technical content of what to say.
It was unconventional. But the practicality of the ‘method’ and the clarity of its delivery was very easy to follow. I was surprised and won over by how the practical tools we explored are easy to remember and apply but undoubtedly empower you to perform more powerfully as a team.

Most practical course ever, gives new insights and exercises that you can easily practice on your own, understandable language and metaphors used so you never forget about the provided tips and tricks.

The practical nature of Modules 2 and 3 in particular were excellent - the modules afforded a safe space to experiment with new techniques and the feedback received was excellent.
