Communication Skills Trainer

Due to our rapid expansion, we are seeking an inspiring, charismatic and committed Trainer to become a full-time member of our Training Faculty, delivering our own unique theatre-based training programmes. The trainer will be a key member of our small, dynamic and passionate Method team to deliver our unique active learning both virtually and face-to-face.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Excellent facilitation skills and professional experience as a trainer in a corporate environment
  • Demonstrable experience of learning training content and methodologies quickly and accurately
  • Ability to work independently and agilely

Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a creative and motivated marketing manager who is looking for a challenge to build on the foundation we have built in the last 12-18 months and elevate us further. We have some great marketing fundamentals in place (e.g. a strong brand, excellent thought-leadership content) and we’re at the start of our marketing automation journey.

You will have responsibility for coordinating and executing the overall marketing and communications strategy. There will be a strong focus on content creation and management, raising brand awareness, digital media, and execution across specific digital channels and business areas. You will work closely with senior leadership and all areas of the business to develop and deliver innovative communications and generate leads.  

We are a fully remote business and have been since 2016.  You will be required to travel to London from time to time, as the business requires

Role and responsibilities

  • To develop, coordinate and execute the marketing and communications strategy for the business – each will require to be nuanced towards the differing markets
  • Proactively support the business, offering achievable solutions to raise awareness of each area
  • Actively promote the business’ activities across all digital channels, measuring engagement and success
  • Manage external suppliers to support to drive the growth strategy
  • Plan and deliver online marketing campaigns with focus on lead generation and conversion whilst ensuring messaging resonates with our personas
  • Website optimisation and improvements
  • Craft marketing messaging, ensuring this is consistently and accurately weaved in through our marketing and sales communications
  • Ownership of all marketing channels including paid social, email marketing and social channels
  • Strong focus on reporting on and analysing results of all marketing channels with a strong focus on generating actionable insights.
  • Connect with influential media outlets and journalists to place stories about company news and other initiatives
  • To work with our operations director to audit our CRM and wider digital marketing activity and present back a short, medium and longer-term plan of improvements

Key Requirements

  • Experience as a Digital Marketing Manager with proven success in a B2B ideally in either learning or pharmaceuticals but not essential
  • An appetite to undertake a role with full autonomy and flourish in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Experience in optimising use of a marketing automation platforms ideally Zoho but not essential
  • Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Solid grounding in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, HTML, CSS)
  • Experience in managing paid social media campaigns (especially Linkedin)
