Sport England launched new values for the organisation, they were well understood, however the next step was to support the development of values based behaviours, helping their people understand how to live the values through their day to day actions.
In addition, due to the pandemic, the organisation were now working remotely.
They wanted an experiential and practical programme that delivered tangible change and was delivered remotely to an audience who were new to remote working.
