Virtual Programmes for Sales Academy

The Challenge

BAE Systems is one of our regular clients, and we work with their Sales Academy in AI to support the development of confident, impactful and influential communicators throughout the organisation.

As with many businesses 2020 created an unprecedented challenge for their sales teams in how they communicated with both clients and external stakeholders effectively, in a remote setting. They wanted to provide their teams with practical learning to empower them to adjust their communication style when meeting virtually to confidently communicate with impact and presence.

The Results

Last year we rapidly converted all the programmes we deliver for them from face-to-face to virtual with incredible results. We were able to more effectively support their teams outside of the UK and they had much higher number engage with the programmes, because of the flexibility the programmes provided to fit in with the working day.

We worked quickly with them to adapt our powerful behaviour change programmes delivering seven programmes from Virtual Presentation Impact to Confidently Influencing and Handling difficult Client Interactions. Working with Graduates through to experienced Sales Reps.
